I am Gloria Schettig Hannafin, class of 1947 TZHS. While a senior at TZHS I began working in NYC for NY Life Insurance and continued on there for a year after graduation. I got a job with the distributor of Columbia Records and met a wonderful man serving in the US Coast Guard. Jack Hannafin and I were married in St. John's Church on February 14, 1953 and settled in Jackson Heights, LI. We were blessed with a daughter and six sons, one of whom is a priest in the diocese of Rockville Centre. I have been widowed since October, 1999, and keep busy with my family and volunteering at my church. My computer knowledge is limited, but I have found a few people from my past (or they have found me). I would really enjoy hearing from anyone who attended TZHS from 1943-1947.
